All workshops and seminars take place on Wednesday, 25 May 2011 and are either full or half day events. eLearning Africa 2011 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, will stimulate collaboration for ICT-enhanced learning. In 2009 fast broadband from the 17,000 km of largely African-owned fibre-optic cable linked South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Mozambique with Europe and Asia.
